I have subscribed to the monthly/annual Pro plan, but I am unable to access the Pro features. Why?

Sometimes, people make a new account by mistake, different from the one they used to buy their subscription.

To help fix this, we need to check if you have any other SportCam accounts. Please send us all the email addresses you might have used for Sportcam. We will look at each one to find where your PRO subscription is.
