To cancel your subscription, you must do so from the Store (Android)/Account Settings (Apple).
Android: go to "Play Store" -> Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner -> Payments and Subscriptions -> Subscriptions
iPhone: go to your phone's "Settings" -> Click on your profile icon -> Subscriptions
